While acknowledging the different philosophies of classic judicial cooperation and mutual recognition, entrenched in these tools, the article seeks to highlight the benefits and constraints a legal practitioner might have when considering their application in a complex cross-border case. cTrierdSeptember 2017vV. 18, nº 3tERA Forumx1612-3093pp. 397-408 aEQUIPA DE INVESTIGAÇÃO CONJUNTA aCOOPERAÇÃO JUDICIÁRIA aCOOPERAÇÃO EUROPEIA aZAHARIEVAbRositsa 104PJCD_283_00000000000000052022-06-069404940aPJcPJkPJCD 283n2022-06-06o0rAP
