The First Congress collection, as archived on this CD-ROM, contains documents in the English and a few which were printed only in French. The Second through the Tenth Congress records are archived on this CD-ROM in English. A Microsoft Word 2002 document named “Titles for 1st Congress.doc”, “Titles for 2nd Congress.doc”, etc. is located in each corresponding directory. This file lists and is linked to each document for that Congress. The linked documents may be accessed by holding down the Control key on the keyboard and click the left mouse button in Microsoft Word 2002 or in other versions of Microsoft Word, click the left mouse button only. The Congress documents are in portable document format (PDF) and require the use of a program such as Adobe Reader to view these files.
